Definition

Linen Fabric: Linen fabric feels cool to touch, a phenomenon which indicates its higher conductivity (the same principle that makes metals feel "cold"). It is smooth, making the finished fabric lint-free, and gets softer the more it is washed

Rope Dyeing: Believed to be the best possible indigo dyeing method for yarn, the threads of denim yarn are initially twisted into a rope, then undergo a repetitive sequence of dipping and oxidization.  The more frequent the dipping and oxidizing, the stronger the indigo shade.

Rope Dyeing

Rope dyeing consists of twisting the yarns into a rope that is then quickly dipped into indigo baths. It is considered the best method for dyeing denim as the short dyeing time does not allow the indigo to fully penetrate the fibers, thus creating ring-dyed yarn that fades better and faster than fully dyed yarn.

Linen Fiber

linen1.jpg

Linen is a textile made from the fibers of the flax plant. Linen is laborious to manufacture, but the fiber is very strong, absorbent, and dries faster than cotton. Garments made of linen are valued for their exceptional coolness and freshness in hot and humid weather.

LYCRA® T400® TECHNOLOGY

LYCRA® T400® fiber gives greater, more durable stretch and recovery, and a softer, smoother hand than textured yarns that are used for stretch.

Advantages:

1. Bi-component fiber for comfort stretch fabrics

2. Low fabric growth and shrinkage for long lasting shape retention

3. Excellent resistance to chemicals, including chlorine bleach

4. Also available with LYCRA® T400® EcoMade technology, made in part from renewable and post-consumer recycled materials, for enhanced sustainability and consumer appeal.

Desizing

desize1.jpg

Desizing removes the solution added to the fabric during the sizing process. Through the use of desizing agents, the sizing is either degraded or solubilized.

In order to minimize the fabric shrinkage we also processed twice of shrinking, which maximally lower the fabric shrinkage to meet customers requirements.

Penalty Points
Defect ≤ 3cm1
3cm < Defect ≤ 6cm 2
6cm < Defect ≤ 9cm 3
Defect > 9cm4

*Total defect points per 100 square yards of cloth are computed and therefore, the acceptance criteria are usually no more than 40 penalty points. Fabric rolls containing over 40 points are considered seconds.
